Do you deliver throughout South Africa?

We ship to all major cities and regions across South Africa. If your area is remote or considered an outlying delivery zone, additional time or costs may apply. We currently do not offer international shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your payment is confirmed:

  • Transit time: 3–5 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 4-7 business days 
  • Order Cut Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-04:00) Atlantic Standard Time (Blanc-Sablon)

Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Do you offer installation services?

Currently, we do not provide installation services, but we can recommend trusted installers in your area. All our products come with manuals and are compatible with standard South African solar systems.

How do I choose the right solar kit for my home or business?

You can contact our support team with your energy usage (in kWh) and budget, and we’ll guide you in selecting the most suitable solar package for your needs.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. A digital invoice is automatically sent to your email after purchase. You can also request a printed invoice with your order.

 Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our products come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 10 years, depending on the item. Warranty details are listed on individual product pages.
